Vitality Slim Clinic Location and Directions Scottsdale AZ

We are on the south east corner of Scottsdale and Shea. We are in a large retail center in the southeast corner. Look for the sign that says "Amici Suites" and we are located in suite B.

Amici Suites is located right next to a large white building with the sign Scottsdale Recovery Center.
